Does it matter if you know who you wan't in a Coach.?

Do you really care if a football team does not interview a minority coach (ole miss, Tex A%26amp;M) if it already knows who it want's to lead it's team. I don't think it's necessary and quite frankly I would be embarrased as a minority to think that the only reason I am being interviewed for the job is to appease a group of people, like a pawn in a chess game that you're not gonna win, In general why take the time to interview anyone of any color who you know you're not gonna hire. I think it's disrespectful, the Black Coaches Association is making tokens out of black coaches by using them to suffice it's agenda.Does it matter if you know who you wan't in a Coach.?
if you are good coach, it doesn't matter what color you are. Some minority coaches use this execute for their lack of job competitions.Does it matter if you know who you wan't in a Coach.?
actually, A%26amp;M still wants kubiak... sherman is on board as the unlabeled "interim coach".

and as for OM hiring nutt, they did the quick hire because they really didn't want to try and deal with the pressure of hiring a black coach. they are guilty of recycling a failed white coach (failed because he was chased from arkansas...not because he was a loser...there will be worse coaches getting hired this off season for sure).

*_*

now... if everyone takes the OM approach and just hires the next white guy in the door, how does anyone else ever stand a chance?Does it matter if you know who you wan't in a Coach.?
I think the requirement that teams interview minority candidates is ridiculous. Team don't see black or white - they see grean, and the coach that the owner believes can make a Champion, is the coach the owner wants. I think it would be insulting to me, if I were of the minority, to be interviewed simply because of my color/nationality. I think this rule promotes, rather than fights, racism. It is a waste of time and insulting to the people it theoretically wants to help.
