How much does Midas charge for tire mounting and balancing?

I'm getting new tires and I need to know where to go that is the cheapest. I don't have but $60 in my pocket. I live in the Rochester NY area and there are is my option of Midas, Monroe Muffler, Firestone, Good Year, and Walmart. Any information on how much the out the door price would be to mount my rims on tires and balance them, would be appreciated. Plus tire disposal costs because my rims have tires that need to be removed and discarded. Go to Goodyear or Walmart, "Never Firestone because no matter what they will find something wrong that (They can fix better).|||I can tell you you can't buy 4 UNMOUNTED tires for a total of $60.00 ANYWHERE. A good tire will run at least $60.00 EACH.
