Can UMBC take me in? please answer?

I'm going to become a junior this year and my gpa for last year was a 3.13 weighted. And i plan to get at least a 3.6 this year. I've have made honor roll since the ninth grade my ninth grade gpa was a low 2.84 ),: in the final grade for that year. Still made honors all that year. I will take sat this year i i'm aiming for a 1700 or more. Im in various activities Im on football team, track team, debate team,Joining book club, and maybe National honor society, and student government association. Can i get in please take it seriouslyCan UMBC take me in? please answer?

Wow! I think you'll be able to get in, UMBC is not too selective. I'm in the same boat as you though. I'm gonna be junior too, but my GPA is way lower than yours i have 2.5 and I'm tryna get 3.0 by the end of junior year. I'm hoping i can get accepted to UMBC, Towson or Salisbury university. You should look at those schools too, because their not too selective compared to university Maryland college park. But it depends what you wanna major in, but I think they'll definitely accept you.
