I fix my car with monroe muffler in norwich CT, after 5 days the engine light got back on and read the same?
problem. I went back to the shop to have the problem fix, they wanted me to pay again to fix it. I refuse and file a dispute with Capital One which I won. Capital One sent me a letter stating that the merchant had 45 days to dispute their decision. It's been 3 months now, and Monroe muffler sent the bill to collection. What should i do??|||make a copy of it and send it to the person or contact you had about the problem when dealing with the dispute. then send another copy with copies of the dispute results back to the sender of the account with a letter letting them know you have forwarded their account claim to the disputes people and as for a response.
