I think we will never know for sure. The numbers will be stunning. I heard on the news last night that in just two districts in Ohio, they had found at least 2000 bogus registrations per district and they were still going through them. If that were to hold true for Ohio alone, with around 80-88 voting districts, we would have upwards of 100,000 in Ohio.



It is a false statement that bad registrations don't equal bad votes. In some states you can vote at the same time you register. There is a deadline for contesting registrations, if that deadline passes in a state with same day voting, the vote counts and can't be contested. There are so many bad registrations floating around the country that there is a real concern that they will not be checked till after the deadlines in which case the votes will count. This is not about any candidate, it is about basic fairness, one man/woman, one vote.

Voter registration fraud is not voter fraud. In many states people who do voter registration are obligated to turn in forms even they're filled out by "Mickey Mouse." They're a conduit for the forms and don't have the right to determine which ones they turn in.

I heard that the Ohio republican party has a lawsuit against the Ohio secretary of state to see the names of challenged/rejected voters of absentee ballots...to see if any dead people are voting, etc...and challenging whether 30 days is too short of a time to live in Ohio to vote here.

NOTICE - how all the states that are being investigated for voters fraud, Obama is now in the lead with....? I have news for you if he wins Arkansas, or Texas, it was a fraud. There is no way Obama will win. Missouri is iffy. Most of my family is from missouri, and alot of my friends and I just don't see Obama winning there either.
There is going to be a lot which is to bad. I have heard a lot of people not wanting to vote because their vote won't count because of this mess.

Someone above me said this was registration fraud not voter fraud. I see where you are coming from, but the deal is if these people didn't mark the registration as a Dem it got thrown away. How is that fair? So if I as an independent went into that office to vote and I marked independent then my registration would have been thrown out and when Nov 4th comes along I don't get to vote no matter who I was voting for. This is voters fraud!
Excuse me but it was the Republican governor of Florida that set the gold standard for disenfranchising voters illegally especially in Afro American areas know for voting Democratic. The Repubs have created a world wide recession, robbed senior Americans of their savings, done a useless bail out of cash for trash which will create inflation next year which in effect will be worse than a tax hike in that it will rob the rest of working Americans of any of the extra cash they just might have in a bank account somewhere or under the pillow or buried in the back yard.

This is unfortunate for a organization such as ACORN who has done very good work in the past and is now only thought of for this scandal. As with any organization, the good deeds of many can be undone by a few. Leaders withing the organization were telling their workers to do verification of new voters using their social security number for the main criteria. This, of course, is not only illegal, but not the best way to go about it registering new voters. According to abc news, over half of all the verified voter registrations that were considered fradulent, were just registrations that were processed incorrectly. As I said before, it's illegal to use social security numbers for the purpose of registering voters because it can so easily be distorted, which has happened. Overall, no illegally registered voters from ACORN will be able to vote because there would be a discrepancy at the polling locations. The sad part is many new voters are victims of this, not a cause of this. City council officials, who head up the verification of those illegally registered to vote, have claimed that this will be taken care of before the election begins. I do believe, as many others do, this will not have an impact on the outcome of the election.
